Here’s How it Works:

Get the help you need from someone you love. Hire a family member or friend to care for you and they’ll get paid. Get ongoing care from a person who loves you!
  1. Get Assessed A Home Community Based Assessor (HCBS) will visit you at home to determine if you’re eligible for Medicaid-funded in-home care. You’ll find out how many weekly hours of care you can get.
  2. Choose a Caregiver You choose a caregiver: your daughter, son, relative, or friend. We will then enroll you in the program.
  3. You Get Care – They Get Paid You get ongoing care from a person who loves you. They get peace of mind because they’re getting paid for the care they give.
